(1) Before this Act comes into force, the person who is studying or taking training by taking any scholarship from Nepal Government or through Nepal Government shall also follow the things written in Section 4. And if that person does not comply with those things, the fee will be recovered from him and if he is receiving a scholarship, the Government of Nepal will have the right to cancel it. Any person who has completed his studies or training by taking a scholarship from the government or through the Government of Nepal must work for at least five years in the position and place designated by the Government of Nepal within one year from the date of commencement of this Act. If he does not work according to that or if he does not agree to work or if he starts the work and leaves it in the middle of the period without payment, the government of Nepal can collect from him the necessary charges.
